Andrew M. Milz, Esquire

Andy Milz was recently recognized by a Pennsylvania federal court for his "experience in prosecuting individual and class actions based on federal consumer protection law."  Andy has tried numerous consumer cases on topics such as mortgage fraud, inaccurate credit reporting, unfair debt collection, and improper auto repossession tactics.  He has experience litigating complex consumer class actions involving product defects, breach of warranty, securities laws, overcharges and usury, repossession practices, Fair Credit Reporting (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) violations. 

A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Andy was Executive Editor of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review.  He was awarded distinctions for his brief writing and outstanding oral advocacy in Temple’s renowned Integrated Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP).  Andy holds a Master of Arts Degree in English from the University of Scranton and is an honors graduate of King’s College.  He has been published in scholarly journals in two disciplines, literature and law.

Andy is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), the Montgomery Bar Association (where he is a member of the Federal Courts and Civil Rules committees) and the Philadelphia Bar Association.  Andy is a resident of Narberth, PA.
