Solar Panels: Fair Credit Reporting Act violation
Our clients – from cities in different parts of Florida – complained that the same thing happened to them: their credit reports were pulled without their permission. Evidence revealed that this was a widespread corporate practice. Solar Mosaic and Vivint Solar, request to have the case dismissed was denied by the court. The consumers will have their day in Court later in 2020.
