When a large, New York collection agency misleadingly did business under the name “The Credit Bureau,” Flitter Milz filed a class action suit on behalf of the consumer and those PA consumers like him. A class settlement providing $205,000.00 in cash to the Pennsylvania class members was approved by the federal court sitting in Philadelphia.
