WL 4061344 (E.D. Pa. 2008)
The federal trial court upheld our client's claim for violation of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) when her credit reports were obtained under false pretenses by a furniture employee when she sought financing from the store. Although the employee was permitted to access consumer credit reports, he was not permitted to pass it along to an unauthorized individual.
