Nawrocki v. Faulkner Ciocca Ford of Souderton, 2007 WL 3146671 (E.D. Pa. 2007)
Case type: Individual trial
When a Bucks county car dealer tried to increase the price after the car was sold, the consumer balked. The car dealer repossessed the car, then allowed a damaging entry onto the buyer's credit report. The federal district court in Philadelphia agreed that two consumer statutes may have been violated and denied the dealer's motion to dismiss the case.
