Palmer v. Credit Collection Services, Inc.

The Federal court in Philadelphia granted judgment in our consumer client's favor when the debt collector displayed a bar code through a collection envelope that revealed account information.  This was one of the very first cases in the nation to accept that a bar code can be easily scanned and the consumer's privacy thus easily compromised.
